As well as our Masterchef School, our regular cooking classes will start on 13 February 2010 and there are some tantalising classes to whet your taste buds.
We are pleased to have Kelly Lord, Executive Chef at the critically acclaimed 'Spirit House 'on the Sunshine Coast, with us in 2010. Kelly will be creating some amazing Thai and Asian classes for you.
Dominique Rizzo returns with her new series of classes incorporating recipes and menus inspired from her recent trip to Italy. Journeying through Italy, Dominique invites us to join her on a culinary explosion of traditional Italian recipes.
Alison Taafe, a leading vocational teacher of professional cookery at Southbank Institute of Technology, will be heading our Masterchef School along with holding some exciting hands on classes throughout the year.
Tony Ching held some fantastic classes in 2009 and we are pleased to say that his classes in 2010 will be even better and not to be missed.
We are very pleased to announce the launch of our Masterchef School Course stating February 2010 and feel we have created a need to provide a uniqueness in 'real cookery training' without having to be a professional apprentice.
If you are a person who has always cooked for the love of it but has not had the chance to study cooking, our Masterchef School Course could be the catalyst in showing you just how it is done - the correct way. And who knows, perhaps you could be joining the queues for the next auditions for MasterChef.
Or are you a school student excelling in Home Economics; on the brink of leaving school and thinking about your future? Or are you just interested in food and thinking of a future as a possible chef? Our proposed course will arm you with the preparation skills that will enable you to get that 'foot in the door'. Students, who excel in the course and show promise, may be assisted in finding an apprenticeship.
