Not sure if our Masterchef classes are for you? Come along & listen to our chef Alison Taafe as she explains & demonstrates just what you will learn during your eight weeks tuition. We feel sure you will be impressed. Our first class through have enjoyed the class so much they have enrolled to do a Stage 2. This will be a demonstration only & is FREE. Hope to see you there. LIGHT SUMMER REFRESHERS

Come along and join Alison as she shows you some easy light summer refreshers as we approach the hot Queensland summer. She will start off with a lovely sangria to get you in that summery mood. She will then show you two amazing cold soups including gazpaccho and a beetroot and orange soup. She will show you her fabulous signature dish of 'Sensational Scallops' and two light refreshing summery salads, an easy grilled marinated fish and a semi freddo with toblerone. Finish it all off with a lovely frozen granita and enjoy summer! Chef: Alison Taafe
SAUSAGE MAKING WITH TONY CHING

The art of making sausages is appealing because WE are in control of what goes in. You will own your sausage creation so you can be as adventurous and imaginative as you like. Apart from the general procedure; all about skins; and the filling, in this class you will learn to make Chorizo; Country Style Beef Breakfast Sausage; Curried Chicken Sausage and Boudin Blanc. TAPAS TAPAS AND SPANISH WINE

Tapas and sharing small bites of food would have to be my favourite way of eating. I love the art of Spanish tapas and the enjoyment of sampling an array of tasty morsels without that feeling of eating a huge meal. This class is a must if you love entertaining without the fuss and hassle of cooking for hours in the kitchen and with a group at Learn Cook Dine, this is a great opportunity to sample as many as 10 different tapas all while sampling some wonderfully flavoured spanish wines. We finish our banquet with our own vanilla bean ice cream, churros and a splash of Spanish Pedro Ximinez dessert wine. Chef: Dominique Rizzo.
